Default how to enable cleartext logins

hi,
I am use zimbra opensource edition 5.0.10;
Now I want to enable cleartext logins, in admin console => global seting=> pop=> enable cleartext login; and restart all zimbra process;

But mail client still say :"cleartext logins disabled"

how can i do ??

What client are you using to connect and do you have TLS enabled ?

There are global and server specific options for this setting. You would need to check that it's enable for the server as well as global.
