Default Updates.zimbra.com/conaryrc

Hi!
I am trying to use ZIMBRA over VMWARE but i am getting this error:

Timeout reading configuration file http://updates.zimbra.com/conaryrc; retrying... Timeout reading configuration file http://updates.zimbra.com/conaryrc; retrying... Timeout reading configuration file http://updates.zimbra.com/conaryrc; retrying... Timeout reading configuration file http://updates.zimbra.com/conaryrc; retrying... error: /etc/conaryrc:3: when processing includeConfigFile: /etc/conary/config.d/zimbra:1: when processing includeConfigFile: Error reading config file http://updates.zimbra.com/conaryrc: socket timeout Release RPL1
Cannot determine services - exiting

My hosts file is OK. I can resolve any host, but updates.zimbra.com/conaryrc dont!

How do i fix this?

Thank you!

Welcome to the forums,

The latest VM on Zimbra - Products: Network Edition BETA Downloads is ZCS 4.5.4 (updates.zimbra.com fix is low priority as the VMs are quite old), if you need to quickly demo I would grab VMware 1.0.7/2.0, CentOS 5.2 or Ubuntu 8.04, and throw on ZCS 5.0.10

There are plans to update the VM images when we get a chance, it does make for an excellent quick showcase. Some RFE's on VMs: Bug 14927 – rPath Network VMware Beta & Bug 13508 – Live CD etc. (The community could probably even maintain some current FOSS images.)
