install Zimbra Server on Eclipse dev

I am following steps from the file :
http://zimbra.svn.sourceforge.net/vi...-SVN-WIN32.txt

i found 2 stop erros :
3. install Tomcat 5.5.x : the conf/keystore' file is missed.
9. ant reset-the-world target generates these 4 following errors...

What is the right steps ?
