Default Incoming Mails!

What is the problem?Why i can receive mails only send?

-my firewall is disabled

-hostname: fedot.no-ip.biz
MX recorder(create on no-ip): mail.fedot.no-ip.biz
[root@fedot ~]# host -t mx fedot.no-ip.biz
fedot.no-ip.biz mail is handled by 25 mail.fedot.no-ip.biz.

Web mail MTA Hostname: fedot.no-ip.biz
Web mail MTA Port: 25
Relay MTA for external delivery:fedot.no-ip.biz
DNS lookups Disabled

I can not even telnet to port 25
this is the error telnet: connect to address 89.47.92.183: No route to host
Try and telnet localhost on port 25 and then the name of your server

aha i will resolve this problem....but i dont have MX record how i can get it...i even dont know what he do! (i use mxtoolbox.com to search mx and i dont have)....i shoulde buy a domain name?

Yes you should buy a domain and request static IP from your Internet provider
Best place I have found for purchasing a domain with a good control Panel is Netfirms
