WebAdmin show status soap errors

Hi

I've recently added in a secondary SMTP / replica LDAP server to our network. All went well, however trying to change details of the server produced an error about MTA trusted networks. We followed the instructions the popup message advised about changing the MTA network settings, and now we can no longer see the status of ANY server.

We've changed the MTA network settings back, however this has had no effect.

The error we receive when try to show the "status" from the menu is

"Message: error while proxying request to target server Connection refused Error code: service.PROXY_ERROR Method: GetServiceStatusRequest Details:soap:Receiver "
trying to generate the reports / graphs for message and spam counts produces no errors, but no reports either

any advise on resolving this issue would be appricated.
