Default Error with Ubuntu 8.04 TLS 64-bit Version

I tried to install Zimbra on an Ubuntu 8.04 TLS 64-bit machine. I also tried to migrate from the old debian server.

Everything worked fine until I tried to install. After I run ./install.sh I get to the following question:

Do you want to verify message store database integrity? [Y]
Verifying integrity of message store databases. This may take a while.

And then I get this error:

Error: assertion '-x /bin/mysqld_safe' failed

What do I do wrong? Can anyone help me please?
Thanks so much

Are you trying to migrate or to install ?

If you're migrating, how did you migrate the data (mysql and ldap) ?

32 to 64 bits is different on the LDAP part.
You need to dump the data on 32 bits, then import them manually to 64 bits.

How do I do this? Does it mean, that I can't use the migration method I mentioned?

It won't work.

Search in the forum, you'll find several threads about "64bits migration".
