Default [SOLVED] Error when reading HTML mail since 5.0.10 upgrade

Hello everyone,

We upgraded ZCS from version 5.0.9 to 5.0.10, and now, when reading some HTML mails (on Internet Explorer), we have this javascript error :
"Stop the running script ? A script on this page is causing internet explorer to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer might become unresponsive."
If I click yes, the mail doesn't show completely unless I move the separation bar between the reading pane and the mail list (quite strange...) and if I choose to click no, the message appears again about 5 seconds later.
On Firefox, the mail shows completely but the loading bar is never complete...

Does anybody else face this problem ? Do you have any clue ? I report this bug here here.

Thanks in advance

Hello again,

Seems like we're the only ones to face this issue...
The issue doesn't occur with every HTML mail, we're currently trying to find out what element can cause this problem, but any help would be welcome !

Thanks

Well, it really looks like we're the only ones having this problem...
We tried to exclude all external possible causes (antivirus for example), and the problem is still there. Nobody has any idea ? It's really weird, and quite disturbing because we planned to switch from Outlook Express to Zimbra, and at the same time to switch from Oracle Corporate Time to Zimbra calendar, but with this strange problem, the migration is just not possible, too many people will be annoyed by this (about 250 user accounts).

I tried installing a fresh install of ZCS 5.0.10 instead of an upgrade from 5.0.9 on our test server, but the result is the same...

I am experiencing the same issue after an upgrade last night. It's only in IE, Firefox doesn't have this issue. Any ideas?

I'm sorry for you, but I'm happy (well, happy isn't really the best word...) to see we're not the only one ! Hope this will help us finding a solution

I submitted a support ticked. We'll see how far this gets us. I also attempted to downgrade to a previous version which failed. I've had nothing but problems with Zimbra from day one.

Is there anyone else experiencing this problem? I'm sure there has to be many more people with this problem.

Default Bug??

What version of IE and FF are you using?

If you are on Windows XP for your clients are you on Service Pack 2 or 3?

Thanks!
