Someone HELP Me

I have Mac Os X Tiger. I can not get this zimbra stuff off my computer. I've read every post on it and i've done everything everyones said. There is no uninstaller file, and when i put all the zimbra files in the trash, it wont let me delete them be because it says they are all being used. I used to terminal to try to delete some of it, and it kept telling me permission denied. I'm the admin, i dont understand that.
