[SOLVED] Configure Different IPs for Web Interface, Admin Interface and MTA

How does one configure different IPs/Ports for an installation where you want one IP to be the MTA (SMTP/IMAP/POP), another for the webmail client, and a third for the admin console.

You're going to reside all the IPs as aliases on the same machine?

You're going to have to do some deep Apache magic for that; I'd almost guarantee the standard setup won't help you.

$ locate httpd.conf

If that's not enough hint, you may not oughtta do it yourself. :-)

The IPs are all active on the machine. The problem as I see it is that the active httpd.conf has very little in it.

For example, the httpd.conf has no reference to port 7071 (admin console). Further, lsof shows that the process is bound by java not httpd therefore I am thinking that there are java config files for this?

Any ideas?

I can certainly work apache magic (which is what I expected) but it seems to be more java-bound.

Other solution you might want to try is firewall(NAT).
