zimbra_logger MySQL schema not installed

I have the same situation as above, there is not user or table called zimbra_logger. I tried to follow the steps in this thread below but I do not know how to fix the permission to complete the user and table install.
Here is my error when I run zmloggerinit.
How do set up permissions to make zmloggerinit successful?
