Default how to use different domain? - multiple-server install

Hi!

I just completed a multi-server installation of zimbra on three debian 2.6 kernels:

garnaal.mydomain.com = ldap
krab.mydomain.com = mta
langoest.mydomain.com = mailbox store

everything seems to work fine and mail is delivered seamless.

How do I have mail delivered to a different domain name only (and not to the three stated above)? I only want mail directed to *@zimbra.mydomain.com to be handled by my servers.

Creating this extra domain through the CLI is no problem. But how do I adapt the server configs? Do I need to delete the other domains, and how? [using the zmprov dd {domain} command doesn't work, neither does clicking 'delete' in the admin interface] Are any changes requiered to /opt/zimbra/conf/localconfig.xml on the three machines?

Ideally, I`d have all this taken care off during installation. What information should I supply while running install.sh ?

Please help!

Thanks.

Default

To support new domains, you don't need to do much:

- create the domain
- create accounts under the domain
- set up MX records

If you want to do this at install time, change the default domain created (this is created when you install the LDAP server). Then for the other hosts, make sure you're matching that domain in any accounts you create (like the admin account, etc).
