Label for Contacts tab not showing up in French version

The "Carnet d'adresses" tab label don't appear in Preferences, the label is empty. The problem appear with both Safari 3.1.2 and Firefox 2.something. English version is ok.

Ok, the French translation use \u00b4, who is the "ACUTE ACCENT" char. I tried with \u0027, who is the "APOSTROPHE" char, and the APOSTROPHE don't show up. That's strange. So I will kepp 00b4 for now.

The apostrophe issue already arrised and was solved in the main tabs but not inside the Options one...

And as the translated sentenses are the same in the main tabs and inside the Options one, we end up with something that does not look nice in the main tab but appears inside the Options one...
