Thumbs down up-to-date install guide for Mac

Is there such a thing?

I have been trying the suite for almost 2 weeks and there is always something that is wrong with the installation due to lack of instructions.

Now I have installed it for the fifth time and this time mysql wouldnt start.
After editing the hostfile (back to original despite the install-instructions) I now have all services running...

but I cant connect to the admingui (nothing else for that matter)

We were really optimistic about zimbra to use for our company but with this hazzle I really dont think its passed the beta stage, at least not the install.
