pop3 died (4.5.6 NE)

telnet ms.xxx.com 110
Trying xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: No route to host

imap work though.

how do i restart only the pop3 service? zmcontrol doesnt give me this option
