Zimbra Account Setup

I've been using Zimbra at work for over a year now. I have the desktop client on my PC at the office, but I want to use it on my Macbook Pro so it is portable. I am having some trouble setting it up though. I installed Zimbra Desktop just fine and ran into trouble at the "Zimbra Account Setup" window.

I think the issue might be with the server and/or port fields. Where can I find this information so that I can confirm I'm entering it correctly?
