relay error

I am trying to use a client email Thunderbird on a static IP,
static is 70.104.26.20, the client mail machine is 192.168.1.10 private ip set up in a network off a fios router

here are my mta settings;

127.0.0.0/8 192.168.1.0/24

this is tail -f /var/log/zimbra.log
