So to verify, if you re-enable IM, are you able to reproduce the issue again? You should not need to restart anything to disable/enable IM so the behavior you mention is in line with what would be expected. You and interways both seem to have identical issues, with AJAX having problems but not standard. I'm going to talk to the developers and see what kind of information we need to track down the cause of this bug. I'll get back to you if I need anything from you to assist us. Glad you're fixed for now!
