Default service.war

Does the soap folder exist in the service.war file?

no , it created service.war only with :
META-INF
WEB-INF
error

how to create full service.war or where to get this file ??

Default rebuild

Something's wrong with your build.

cd into ZimbraService
ant clean
ant service-war (I think - check build.xml for target)

Watch the output for errors.

ant service-war not working i tried ant war and it creates service.war but still only with: META-INF,WEB-INF and errors folders

build succesful -- > from the output , perhaps i need to look closer at build.xml and change few lines
....
