Red face about zimbra web-based email client

greetings,
i have installed zimbra mail server on suse 10.3 and i added new accounts using the admin account.
now i want to access to the web client interface but i got an error (page not found):

the admin URL is https://mail.zimbramail.com:7071/zimbraAdmin
and i used http://mail.zimbramail.com to login as a client
it maybe a stupid question,, but how can i open the client interface of zimbra on my browser

i get this message:

when i use this url https://mail.zimbramail.com the browser asks me about the certificate
and then ... page not found

Have a look through your Log Files - Zimbra :: Wiki for any error messages.

Default DNS is the problem??

i forget to say that i used my IP to install the DNS server wich is not public
but even that, the administrator URL works

so from the machine you are connecting to the ZCS server with does

dig mail.zimbramail.com
return the correct address ? if you telnet to port 80 @ mail.zimbramail.com does it respond ? On the ZCS machine can you do

netstat -an
and post the output please.

wich means everything is setup correctly

netstat -lnt | grep 80
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:7780 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:80 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN

port 80 is open and telnet connection is OK

Default i found the problem

domain name is zimbramail.com
the problem is the "com" wich means the browser look for the web in the internet

i just put my IP as URL :http://172.16.0.114
and it woked
