Default Open source vs Network trial

Dear all,

Little question here.

I've installed yesterday the open source version... Very nice to see it is working fine. Now i wanted to try the exchange feature for on my mobile HTC. For that I need to install the network edition. Can I use the Trial version without re-installing everything and upgrade the open source.
And if afterwards, I want to go back to the open source (it's a test server) Can we do that without issues and loosing mails?

Thanks,

Tom

You'll need to install the Network Edition over the OS version, if you want to revert to the OS versions then you'll need to reinstall that over the NE version. They are both run as 'upgrades' against the installed version and you don't lose any mail. You should, of course, take a backup of the /opt/zimbra directory before any upgrades.
