Authenticating to the LDAP

I am running Mac OS 10.4.5 on a Power PC XServe. I have set java to 1.5. I am showing you from start to finish what happens when I run zmsetup.pl. I have downloaded version 3.0.1. The program is seeing the hostname no problem. I change the mail server address to the right one. Then I try to finish running it and it hangs up on the ldap password???? Can anyone please help me????

i have questions. what is the domain for which you would like to host mail (is it min201.org)? what is in zmsetup.log.8282? and what is the output of these commands (note that those are backticks in the first line):

hostname; host `hostname`; zmhostname
dig a gsserv.min201.org
dig a mail.min201.org
dig mx min201.org
