can`t get emails automatically

hello....does anyone know why i cant receive emails in zimbra automatically ? ....to get emails i have to always press in zimbra the "get emails" button...even if i set up it on "get emails every 5 minutes or more".....thx

Without knowing which version/release of zimbra you're using it's difficult to give you any answer. If it's one of the more recent release and you're trying to get mail from an external account then search the forums, the answer is there.
