Default coexistence with exchange for address book, task and notes

Hi.

We have ms exchange 2003, but our CAL's are limited. We need more accounts, but the idea is migrate to Zimbra.

I wanna install zimbra, to manage all the new accounts. But the actual accounts cant be migrated yet (because my boss have fear to non MS solutions). The idea is demostrate him how to zimbra can replace ms exchange, include work in coexistence with them.

looking in the zimbra OS release notes, i found to the coexistence between zimbra and exchange is complete for the calendar; but i dont see info about the task, notes and address book.

can this features coexist completly?

is possible to the exchange users share the calendar, task, notes and address book to the zimbra users, and the zimbra users share the same info to exchange?

thanks in advance
