Default Mail Queues

Something serious just started happening. My server is suddenly queuing many messages, even to those domains that we previously never had problems with (yahoo, juno, road runner, etc.). What can I do? Could this happen if the upload bandwidth of our DSL is overloaded?

I am running version 5.05, could an upgrade help?

Thanks!

P.S. ~ In the Summary/Filter section of the Mail Queues, the origin IP is shown as 127.0.0.1. Is that right?
