Talking Data is Stale? (Admin -> Server Status)

I have seen threads here saying to run scripts, done that, there is no hostname mysql.err file. I have installed, and re-installed (picked different methods for redirect, mixed, both, etc.) Is this temporary until there is data? How might I fix this otherwise? All checks are blue - logger is running, the table and row seem to be OK.

Thanks,
S G

Upgrading to 5.08 in the next few weeks so will see if the bug persist

i did these commands as per the thread:

su - zimbra
/opt/zimbra/libexec/zmlogprocess
/opt/zimbra/libexec/zmgengraphs

also looked through the bug reports, I had trouble with the below though:
quick logger troubleshooting.
Make sure database is being updated
logmysql -Dzimbra_logger -e "select * from service_status"
Make sure syslog is logging to /var/log/zimbra.log
tail -f /var/log/zimbra.log
Make sure data is making to /var/log/zimbra.log
/opt/zimbra/libexec/zmstatuslog check zimbra.log for updates
Make sure logger is running
Make sure the the hostname is the same as zimbra_server_hostname

I received a "logmysql command does not exist" error when attempting, are there commands before that that i need to enter ?

thanks and sorry i didnt include enough in my post

It might help if you told us what you've tried instead of us trying to guess, I assume you've also check the bug reports mentioned in that thread?
