Default [SOLVED] Server Statistics

The server statistics are all gone after the update to 5.0.8. The upgrade went fine and all the users email boxes are correct. The only think that doesn't work any more is the statistics. Any advice on what to do?

I am running the mail server on Centos 5. (using the redhat 5 install)

all the services show running and working. Mail is going in and out so i know we are okay with that.

Thanks

See the Troubleshooting section in the wiki article and check for any damaged tables.

I had similar issues, phoenix has a good suggestion, but for me, I didn't have any bad tables..

check that you're /var/log/zimbra.log has server statistics data:

grep STATUS /var/log/zimbra.log

if you don't see any STATUS logs on your server(s), make sure you've got syslogd setup, and your zimbra cron for zmstatuslog is setup.

Jesster i did what you asked me and every thing was running fine. I had a whole bunch of status ok.

Phoenix i also checked my tables and the raw_logs was corrupted. I repair that table and it came back status ok once it was repaired. Do i have to wait a couple of days for the statistics to start coming back again? Something else i noticed i didn't lose any statistic history for months March-June for the year. No new stats have been logged, that is about the time i did the upgrade.

I'll keep you posted as to what happens. Thank you so far for your help.

thanks guys it seems to be working now. It is now showing all the statistics from before it has collected. Looks like the table repair was what fixed it.
