Default Backup server

I don't know if this is the correct forum to post this in. Anyways, I am currently running Zimbra Network Edition 5.07 and I am wondering if I can have a duplicate server that would act as a backup server if the current one failed. I am fairly certain this can be done however does anyone know if I would have a problem with licensing? If not, has anyone else done this?
