Default About the Zimbra Cannot receive mail

About the Zimbra Cannot receive mail...

I no idea how to fix this...

the Administrator UI,
under Mail Queues....

It will pop up a Message Box:

Quote:
Server error encountered Message: system failure: exception during auth {RemoteManager: server.um.edu.my->zimbra@server.um.edu.my:22} Error code: service.FAILURE Method: GetMailQueueInfoRequest Details:soap:Receiver
I think it will deal with port 22....

So I,
Quote:
server@server:~$ sudo telnet localhost 22
[sudo] password for server:
Trying 127.0.0.1...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused
It look like I cannot connect to the port...

What matter?

This isn't a linux training forum, I'd suggest you read some documentation or do an internet search for the problem. You could even try 'man sshd'.

Code:
su - zimbra
zmcontrol stop ; zmcontrol start
and now are you able to receive email and does the mail queues work in the Admin GUI ? If the queues work but mail is still deferred then please post the following
Code:
cat /etc/hosts
cat /etc/resolv.conf
dig _domainname_ mx
dig _domainname_ any
host `hostname` <- note backticks and not double quotes
replace _domainname_ with your own domain
