You'll have to provide more information if you want responses to questions like 'it doesn't work. Look through the log files and see what errors are there when you try to send an email. You should also search the forums when you have a problem as the topic is likely to have been covered before (this one certainly has).

If you have a relay set it will go through your ISPs server, if you haven't it will go directly.

I have no relay set (send directly). I can send mail from local account to gmail, but can't send to yahoo.

This is log file:
Jul 28 00:38:42 mail postfix/smtp[30493]: 459A7E036F: to=, relay=c.mx.mail.yahoo.com[216.39.53.3]:25, delay=174206, delays=174201/0.01/4.8/0, dsn=4.0.0, status=deferred (host c.mx.mail.yahoo.com[216.39.53.3] refused to talk to me: 553 Mail from 58.186.192.36 not allowed - 5.7.1 [BL21] Connections not accepted from IP addresses on Spamhaus PBL; see 553 5.7.1 [BL21] Connections not accepted from IP addresses on Spamhaus PBL - Mail [550])

folow this log I can see Yahoo don't accept mail was sent from my IP (58.186.192.36). Is it right and how to solve this problem?

The error message tells you what to do about this problem, click on the link at the end of the error and follow the instructions.
