Share complete Mailbox

I evaluate Zimbra for our new messaging system and it look pretty good.

I saw it is possible to share mailbox folders. But in my case, i should share the whole mailbox with all folders (inbox, outbox, subfolder and so on). for example, one person is in holiday and the mailbox from him should be displayed on the desktop of an other person so he can easly answer the incoming mails.

Until now i not found a solution for my request.
Can anyone help?

i found a way to display the whole mailbox with

zmmailbox -z -m mailbox1@domain.com modifyfoldergrant / account mailbox2@domain.com rwidx
zmmailbox -z -m mailbox2@domain.com createmountpoint --view message "/mail/" mailbox1@domain.com /

But one thing i still not understand:
When i send a email from this folder, it use the sender from the logged person an not from the shared mailbox (From: address).

is there a option, that the mail use the sender from the shared mailbox and put the mail also in the right "Send" folder?
