Default Installation Failed

I'm trying to install Zimbra on a MediaTemple server and for some reason every time I try to set it up it gets to the first step and says "installation failed" I was wondering if anyone knew where the install (error) log was kept. Then I should show you some more detail about the problem.

This is the error:
Code:
Installing packages

    zimbra-core......zimbra-core-4.5.5_GA_838.RHEL4-20070518082442.i386.rpm...FAILED
###ERROR###

zimbra-core-4.5.5_GA_838.RHEL4-20070518082442.i386.rpm installation failed

Installation cancelled

Welcome to the forums,

Check /tmp for install.log.# (it eventually creates zmsetup.log.# when you get that far).

Is there a reason you're installing 4.5.x? Current release is 5.0.8: 5.0.8 is live!

This person is also attempting to install on a Media Temple box, though using RHEL5 (which is essentially equal to Centos5) instead of RHEL4, might compare notes: [Problem][ZOSS][CentOS 5.2] Cannot install, weird java-related errors.

Yeah I think I'm having the same problem as the other post. Which I just realised that after I posted this (sorry for not searching first). I posted a reply. You can go ahead and delete this post and respond on that one if you would please.

The reason I went back so far in versions was because I thought the newest version wouldn't be compatable (after it failed), so I went back in time a little bit because there is another post on here where someone had it installed witht he version that I downloded.
