Default Unable to determine enabled services from ldap

Hi Friends,
i m trying as hard as possible to ignore MS Exchange in my organization. If i able to configure zimbra as replacement of MS product with the help of you and i can impress my top notch certainly i'll be and my company will be the the customer of enterprise edition of this product.

let me come the point...
i have installed zimbra in FC7 successfully, but when
su - zimbra
zmcontrol status


the following error i'm getting
Unable to determine enabled services from ldap.
Unable to determine enabled services. Cache is out of date or doesn't exist.

can anyone help me to solve it out.

Please don't tag a question onto a thread that has no relation to your problem. You've possible got a DNS issue, have a look in the install log and see what arrors you got during install. You should also search the forums for this problem it's been covered many times.
