Scenarios Considered:
1) MAPI features testing.
2) Zimbra should work in parallel with Exchange.
(a) Users account would be distributed between Zimbra & Exchange to balance work load.
(b) Users will have mails on Exchange as well as on Zimbra. Users will be able to access Exchange inside the network, and from outside they are accessing Zimbra server only. All mails should replicate in both the solutions.

You're post doesn't make much sense as just a list of bullet points. Perhaps you could answer some of your points yourself if you check the main Zimbra website for things like Server features, Demos, Product editions, Mobility etc.

Failing that, have a search on these forums for specific questions you have - the chances are it's probably already been answered.

Whay you need that ? (Lotus notes can do that ?)
