Default [SOLVED] License about to expire

Tomorrow my trial license is expiring. My execs are taking a long time and I am not sure if they will move forward or not. I have had my sales guy just let it run out rather than requesting an extension.

What will happen tomorrow when it runs out?

It's a soft expire for 30 days.
-Existing accounts will still function at the level of the Open Source Edition, plus a few things like backup.
-At one point we discussed stopping convertd (attachment HTML conversion) and having HSM not archive new stuff (haven't checked this lately) but your old mail certainly doesn't become inaccessible.
-Network Edition features like MobileSync and the Outlook Connector will eventually no longer function after the 'grace period'. (There should be other threads out there over the specifics of what is/isn't able to run.)
-You will not be able to create additional accounts as you're over your license.
At the end of 30 days if you choose not to commit (though we certainly hope you do!) kick off a zmbackup (I like to take an additional backup of /opt/zimbra and any linked directories) then run the installer for the same version of FOSS over your NE.
