[SOLVED] Cant send mails but cant receive

Hi
i cant send mails to the outside world like yahoo,gmail or hotmail but i can receive from them i use dnsmasq for my dns
my server is behind a firewall but the ports are open from protocols leaving the server
this is the error i am getting

i created a spf record and it started working fine
