Exclamation Can`t open Admin Console - HELP!

    Hi guys!

Just downloaded zcs-5.0.6_GA_2313.DEBIAN4.0 yesterday and start migrating my old mail server to Zimbra. All works fine the first day.

When i arrive to office today, the control panel does not load anymore! Just freeze in the "Loading..." what happened?

I`ve tried 3 different browsers, clean cache, cookies etc... everything works fine in email/webmail but i need the control panel back!

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

    Seko.

    Debian 4.0
    fresh install

    Welcome to the forums.

First step is to make sure that all the services are running. As the zimbra user on the mailserver, run 'zmcontrol status' - it should list the services and their status.

Next you should check your logs. Log Files - Zimbra :: Wiki - see if there are any errors listed.

If you're migrating email over, you may also want to make sure that none of your filesystems have filled. When I first was playing around with imapsync, I had an issue where my redologs would fill up the /opt partition. (rather than turning them off I just relocated them to the storage node)

First of all, thanks for you reply p24t,

The logs are without any error or warning, the only strange lines are from files "stacktrace.xxxxx" located in /opt/zimbra/logs, but i`m not sure what this means:

All the servers are ok and started acording to 'zmcontrol status'

And the new mailboxes are just "empty" ones (All my users use POP3 downloading messages from server, only the 5 news in Zimbra are using imap)

Without an error in log files is very dificult to know what in going wrong...
