i cant seem to logon with my outlook due to an error

There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your User Name was rejected. Account: 'ipaddress', Server: 'ipaddress', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR only valid after entering TLS mode', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC91

basically i was trying to enable smtp authentication

zimbraMtaAuthEnabled: TRUE
zimbraMtaAuthHost: servername.com
zimbraMtaAuthTarget: TRUE
zimbraMtaAuthURL: http://servername.com/service/soap/
zimbraMtaTlsAuthOnly: FALSE

i want to disable the ssl/tls certification authentication i only want smtp authentication

did you restart zimbra after enabling it?

yeah i did and rebooted as well still nothing
is there a way to reload the default zimbra configuration
i dont have much on it so if thats what i will have to do its ok
but i dont want to re-install i just want to reload the default configuration if possible
