I followed those steps above to create the SSL certificates. How do I recreate the public and private keys now?

same here... used these GoDaddy certs

gd-class2-root.crt
gd_intermediate_bundle.crt

I was actually able to get this to work. I had to use the command line method though. The Zimbra Administrator method kept telling me that the Public and Private keys were mismatched.
