Regarding zimbra initiation

Hi Folks,

I have installed zimbra on my linux machine which is a network edition.
when try to look on status of zimbra i have the following.

antispam Stopped
zmamavisdctl is not running
antivirus Stopped
zmamavisdctl is not running
imapproxy Stopped
nginx is not running
memcached is running
ldap Running
logger Stopped
zmlogswatchctl is not running
mailbox Stopped
zmmailboxdctl is not running
mta Stopped
postfix is not running
saslauthd is running with pid 7733
snmp Stopped
swatch is not running
spell Running
stats Running

It is showing some in running status and some in stopped status.
So pls help me, how to make all the services up and running and how to access zimbra on a browser after this is done....
