Default ldap failed

Hello,
I installed zimbra on a fedora 7 linux box with split-dns and all seems ok,
but zimbra does not start and in /opt/zimbra/log/startup.log
I found:

Host xxx.xxx.xxx
Unable to determine enabled services from ldap.
Unable to determine enabled services. Cache is out of date or doesn't exist.

What does it mean?
Thanks,
tano

When you have an error in Zimbra please check all the log files (including installation logs) and post the full error messages you see, also post details of whether this is a new install or an upgrade and which version and release of Zimbra you're using. It would also help if you searched the forums for similar problems and tried some of the suggestions, the likelihood is that your problem has been seen before and has a resolution.

Having said all that search the forums for 'requiretty', I'd hazard a guess that might solve your problem.

In my previous installation (on a test machine) I had this kind of error and modify /etc/sudoers, so I did before start this new installation on my
production machine. The installation seems to be ok. Only startup is broken.
(as almost this appears to me). I search a little on wiki and ldap problem,
so I try zmlocalconfig commands to re-setup ldap, but it does not work.
