they need to add a A record to the domain dedi.acens.net for your server
    Code:
    dig obertic.dedi.acens.net

    ; <<>> DiG 9.4.2 <<>> obertic.dedi.acens.net
    ;; global options: printcmd
    ;; Got answer:

I can change the mx record from hosting panel, and I've this dns:

    obertic.com MX 10 obertic.dedi.acens.net.
    obertic.com A 217.116.20.173
    obertic.com NS ns3.acens.net.
    obertic.com NS ns4.acens.net.
    pop3.obertic.com A 217.116.20.173
    smtp.obertic.com A 217.116.20.173
    webmail.obertic.com A 217.116.20.173
    Občrtic - Open Solutions A 217.116.20.173

I've changed the first line where third column was smtp.obertic.com, but still not receive mails

Your hosting provider needs to add your server name to their DNS for the domain dedi.acens.net so that it is resolvable externally.

    obertic.com A obertic.dedi.acens.net

    or

    obertic.dedi.acens.net A 217.116.20.173?

No! Your hosting provider must add it to *their* domain as they control it. I am surprised that they have not already done it.

Ok, excuse me. We always have had access via webmin to this server, and the postfix server was working fine.

I've asked for they to change the mx record, but maybe they have a lot of work today...

No No ... It is nothing to do with the MX record. They need to add a 'A' record to their DNS.

    obertic.dedi.acens.net A 217.116.20.173

so obertic needs to be entered into the domain dedi.acens.net which they are authoritative for.
