Probably I missed this in the searches I made, and I would really appreciate if someone can point me to the information on how I can make the spam mark like ****SPAM**** in the subject line of mails that are considered spam?

Anything that is suspected of being spam and exceeds the Tag percentage will end up in the Junk folder. Is there some specific reason you want mail in that folder tagged as spam?

For some reason, our bosses wants to have all their e-mail land in their inbox, but if it is considered spam, they want a SPAM word in the subject line.
This particular request was brought about by a pretty large amount of e-mails being sent to them that are being considered spam, but actually not.
They are missing alot of e-mails from their business counterpart in Japan (specially if the e-mail is in Japanese), although we have included the language and japanese locales already.
If there will be a better way of doing it, I would really appreciate the input.

The obvious answer would be for them to check their Junk folder on a regular basis for any false positives (valid email that's thought to be spam) and then highlight the message and hit the Not Junk button, that will train the filters to recognise the mail as valid in future it should end-up in the Inbox. Are they already doing that?
Can the sender of these email give you any evidence that the mail was actually sent to your server? Does your server then have any record of the mail being marked as spam and deleted? You'll find information about received emails in the logs. Do you actually receive any email from the particular sender or is it just some mail that appears to get marked as spam?
