Installation Script Stalled

We just ran the upgrade from 5.01 NE > 5.06 NE and everything seemed to be going fine until it just stalled without displaying an error or other notification.

Below are the last 25 lines or so that the installer displayed on screen, the install log located in /tmp does not show any detail on this either.

Everything seems to be working OK with Zimbra, as far as sending/receiving, syncing, etc.

Is there anything I should be looking for that the script did not accomplish? Should I re-run it?
