Default Migration from OS X Tiger to Leopard

Hi,

Earlier this week I upgraded my (Open Source) Zimbra server to 5.0.6 running on OS X Tiger. All went fine. Now that Zimbra is supported on Leopard I'd like to also upgrade my OS X version from Tiger to Leopard.

What would be the steps to take? This is what I had in mind...
1 - Backup ;-)
2 - Upgrade OS X to Leopard
3 - Run Zimbra installer for Leopard
4 - Done!

Or does the Zimbra installer for Leopard not pick up previous version of Zimbra that were running under Tiger? Should I migrate data in some other way?

When you upgrade to leopard the system folder is overwritten by os x. Also, the users library folder is written to as well.

I would assume that zimbra will put various bits and bobs in there which means you would lose it with the upgrade.

I will happily admit that I could be wrong though

But I would hope that running the Zimbra installer for Leopard will put these bits and bobs back.... or do you expect that these bits and bobs also contain user specfic data (I'm hoping these are just binaries installed by Zimbra).

This must be a scenario that more people run into... anyone already upgraded and existing Zimbra installation from Tiger to Leopard?

Someone from Zimbra who has experience in migrating an existing Zimbra installation from Tiger to Leopard?
