Installing on Leopard 10.5.x

Hi

I have been trying for days to get the open source version of ZCS running on OSX but it keeps failing at start up - ldap...failed. I have combed the forums but none of the fixes seem to work. I have reinstalled a number of times.

Can anyone please help, I tried Kerio and all works perfectly. Is there an open source ISO or Virtual Appliance version cause I'm just about ready to give up.
