How can i open the user console?

How can I open the user console??I can open admin screen using command given in quick start guide,but there is nothing specified how i can get a screen like admin console for users i am creating.

can't open it.what is tld?? I am running zimbra on a local machine,so for me the command should be http://localhost.localdomain.tld ,right??but i can't open user consloe using that url.

tld is TOP LEVEL DOMAIN

thanks.It's done.but i am stuck with one another problem.I want to create a new user in admin console,but any account name doesn't get accepted.there are two users who are already created in admin console,but I can't enter the user panel for those two users also.
