are you talking about load balancing?

you can do it where you have a servera.domain.com and serverb.domain.com, then your users can type zimbra.domain.com and they'll be redirected to one of the two servers is that what you want? if so you're looking at load balancing, theres a bit of information here Installation-Planning for Multi-Server Install - Zimbra :: Wiki

Not with the same FQDN, no. You can have a Split Domain, perhaps if you explained what you are trying to achieve we could advise you better.
