Default [SOLVED] docs out of order

Hi Guys,

we are suddenly getting the below SOAP error when attempting to send a mail out;

msg - system failure: java.lang.IllegalStateException: docs out of order
code - service.FAILURE
method - ZmCsfeCommand.prototype.invoke
detail - soap:Receiver

Running on version 4.5.9_GA_1455.RHEL4 on CentOS 4, this occurs in both Firefox 2.0.0.14 and IE 6.
We have not upgraded Zimbra recently and no updates have happened on the CentOS Server as far as I know. I restarted the Zimbra services but this didn't help but they are all OK according to 'zmcontrol status'.

We don't actually use the Documents tab so can we turn it off if this will cure the problem?
What's the command to do so please, if you think this will help?

Thanks
Russ

Bug 12848 - trying to send mail results in IllegalStateException: docs out of order - see comment 7 and see if that resolves your problem.

Thanks Guys,

All I did was a simple re-index of the account through the Admin interface as mentioned in the bug, (thanks phoenix) and it's working now, problem solved.

Cheers for your prompt help.
