Default Upgrading ZCSLicense.xml

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade my license from the 60-day trial to the full Network edition but am having some difficulties. I keep getting an error when trying to install it.

Through the admin GUI after selecting the file I get "Your license file is uploaded successfully." After clicking install I get

"Your license file is not installed due to the error: systemfailure:
error in uploaded license Error code:
ZaLicenseInstallWizard.prototype.installCallback Method:
AjzException.UNKNOWN_ERROR Details:system failure:error in
uploaded license"

I've also tried manually and get a different error saying "Error: exception occurred: file is not a normal file."

Any ideas??

Are the permissions on the license file okay ? How did you transfer it to the server ie. Are you transferring from Windows to Linux ? Any additional error messages in your Log Files - Zimbra :: Wiki ?

I've tried multiple ways to transfer the file. I've tried FTP, copying from Windows to Linux, and downloading it straight from the suport portal to Redhat using firefox.

There isn't anything alerting in the logs. What should the file permissions be? I didn't think to check them.

Thanks for the info however after changing the file permissions, I get another error "Upload status 401: failed to upload the license file at this moment." Upon clicking on the details tab, there are no details.
