Could you better explain what you'd like to do? Trying to manage the Zimbra configuration through Gosa, modifying the LDAP records, seems to be quite hard to do. Just look at the changes needed to the Open-Xchange configuration and try to figure out what could happen at the first Zimbra upgrade.......
I think that the best way should be to talk to Zimbra through the SOAP interface.

No problem instead, if you simply want authenticate the Zimbra users against the GOSA's Ldap

I'm interested to use GOSA LDAP as an external Ldap Server for Zimbra.

as anteos has said you can use GOSA as a external authentication LDAP server, but OpenLDAP is a integral part of ZCS and that has to be used for the configuration settings.

GOsa is not an LDAP server it's an LDAP administration tool. What is it that you're trying to achieve?

One would think so from the first post but not the comment that both of us have quoted. In any case, it's not recommended to modify the Zimbra LDAP as changes won't persist during an upgrade and they may break the Zimbra server.
